Now, through Wheelaway Holidays, Carol and her team believe they can offer a much wider selection of properties and experiences to their international guests.
I have extensive experience in the Holiday Park industry in New Zealand and have been at Wheelaway Holidays since 2013 as both Accounts Manager and Inbound Reservation Consultant. Juggling both roles has been both challenging and enjoyable, but also a great learning experience. I have managed to build a wonderful working relationship with both sides of the business – the special travel industry people from around the globe and, of course, the amazing staff at the Holiday Parks.
In 2017 I had the opportunity to purchase the Wheelaway Holidays business and I am now the General Manager. This new opportunity has allowed me to continue my passion for the industry at management level and to explore options to enhance the business while continuing to provide the excellent service that Wheelaway Holidays is renown for.
Owning and running a business offers little spare time but when I can sneak a few hours, I love to enjoy the many walkways that Taranaki has to offer and also enjoy reading and catching up with my children and grandchildren as much as I can.
